3' x 5' flag of Sudan with grommets and double-stitched edges to reduce fraying.
✍️ The Design: A tricolor of red, white, and black with a green triangle extending from the hoist. The colors are the pan-arab colors. The red stripe stands for Sudan's fight for independence. The white stripe represents "people, light, and optimism". In the Arabic language, "Sudan" means "land of the Black people". So the black stripe represents the country. The green triangle represents the Islamic religion, and the land.
