Looking for a rich, intense foundation color for your cosplay, character or costume? These small, convenient sized foundations are easy to take with you and come in an excellent assortment of colors.  Use the white color cup as a base for clown makeup.  Set greasepaint with a colorless setting powder, sold separately.  

Dampen the cake or a brush with a little water and load the color, then apply and blend to skin, layering for intensity. Let it dry to a smudge-resistant finish. Reactivate with water as needed. Remove with soap and water.
