• Theatre House appreciates that finance and business offices like updated W9, complete vendor packets, ACH information and certificates of insurance. If you ask us for it, we typically send it within an hour (we do sleep--a little). 
• We don't overcharge for things like shipping. We charge rates for actual shipping.
