Mix Sparkle Powders with LiquiSet Sealer to produce a durable luminescent paint. For sheer radiance, dust Iced Gold or Sun Yellow over a light layer of baby oil. Beautiful on bare skin for Midsummer Nights fairies. (expect 10-30 applications) .28oz.

Apply over a creme base or setting spray so the sparkle grips and reads bright under light. Press onto the lid or highlight points with a flat brush or fingertip for maximum shine, or blend out for a softer effect. Layer to build intensity. Remove with a gentle makeup remover.
