Starblend Cake by Mehron, is an advanced formula cake makeup that offers impeccable coverage and is fade & perspiration resistant.

Dampen a sponge or brush and load color from the cake — more water for a sheer wash, less for full coverage. Apply in even strokes and build as needed. Water-activated, so no powder is required to set, though a light dusting adds longevity. Reactivate anytime with a damp sponge. Remove with soap and water or a gentle cleanser.
